Around half of employees say that as little as two perceived payroll errors is enough to get them to start looking for another job, according to a survey from The Workforce Institute at UKG.

Furthermore, these events are perfect for building cognitive trust when they receive the correct answer e.g "was I scheduled on the day I blocked off?" , "was my timecard correct", or "was I paid accurately?".
