Signature Sponsor Keynote: Tata Communications
"From Complexity to Clarity: CIO Priorities for 2025"
CIOs today are under immense pressure: to deliver transformation faster, to elevate business experiences, and to do it all while operating within constrained budgets and resources. The reality is that every CIO must balance three priorities to shape outcomes for their enterprise.
First, faster decision-making and deployment. In a world where business cycles are shrinking, the ability to deploy technology quickly—whether in new markets, new channels, or new capabilities—defines competitiveness. IT must become the enabler of agility, not the bottleneck.
Second, enabling better experiences and innovation. Customers and employees expect seamless, intelligent digital journeys. CIOs have to make innovation real, not in pockets, but consistently across the enterprise, driving loyalty, productivity, and brand value.
Third, cost optimization and productivity. Simplifying fragmented estates and extracting more value from every IT dollar is now a boardroom mandate. Complexity must give way to clarity, freeing CIOs to focus on innovation.
In this keynote, we will explore how these three priorities converge to shape business outcomes—and how Tata Communications, through its Digital Fabric of global connectivity, multi-cloud, edge, and observability, enables CIOs to deliver agility, experience, and productivity at scale.

Cohesity Keynote with Q&A
The Resilience Factor
In its 2026 preview, Gartner announced that CIOs are prioritizing GenAI, AI, and cyber security. An often overlooked and high-risk area focuses on RESILIENCE.
With cyber attacks showing no signs of relenting, CIOs must focus on strategies to ensure business continuity in the face of sophisticated threat actors. Indeed, cyber attacks are unlike natural disasters and require specialized teams, tools, and tactics. Dr. Joye Purser, the Global Field CISO for Cohesity and former CISA Regional Director in the Southeast, discusses “the resilience factor” and what it really takes to recover a business following an attack.
Leveraging her direct experience during the Colonial Pipeline attack, as well as stories of backups-enabled recoveries in multiple sectors, Dr. Purser will help the audience clarify security priorities and chart the next steps forward toward resilience.
There will be time at the end for Chatham House Q&A.
Data-Driven Decisions: Mastering Analytics and Governance for Success
This workshop empowers CIOs and IT leaders to maximize the value of their data while maintaining quality, compliance, and ethical standards. Participants will learn how to implement real-time analytics to drive timely, informed decision-making, enable data democratization to foster a data-savvy workforce, and ensure adherence to regulations like GDPR. Through expert-led discussions and practical demonstrations, attendees will gain actionable strategies to build robust data governance frameworks that balance innovation with responsibility, paving the way for sustainable, data-driven growth.
Key Takeaways:
- Harness real-time analytics and data democratization to empower smarter, faster decision-making.
- Build robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance and ethical data use.
“The Convergence of GRC and AI — Accelerating Enterprise Protection Through Intelligence and Integration”
Overview:
As organisations modernise their risk programs, the traditional silos of Governance, Risk, and Compliance are converging into a unified model — powered by automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence. This discussion explores how AI is reshaping the GRC landscape, enabling real-time decision-making, predictive risk insights, and adaptive compliance monitoring that can protect the enterprise at scale.

Data-Driven Decisions: Mastering Analytics and Governance for Success
This workshop empowers CIOs and IT leaders to unlock the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) within their organizations. Participants will explore real-world applications of generative AI, predictive analytics, and AI-augmented IT operations (AIOps) to drive automation, optimize decision-making, and uncover new revenue streams. Through case studies, expert insights, and hands-on exercises, attendees will gain a clear understanding of how to effectively integrate AI and ML into their strategies, harnessing these technologies for competitive advantage and long-term growth.
Key Takeaways:
- Discover how generative AI and predictive analytics can improve decision-making and business outcomes.
- Leverage AIOps to enhance IT operations and drive operational efficiencies.
Advanced Cyber Response by Leveraging a Clean Room Architecture
Attendees will learn why clean room architecture is necessary to perform proper forensic investigation during a cyberattack. The workshop will cover preparing and initiating a clean room, how to use it to understand a cyber attacker’s tactics and techniques, and why it helps when developing a mitigation plan for an incident. Specific clean room design strategies, use cases, and actionable next steps will be shared throughout this workshop. The importance of vaulted backup copies to feed a clean room will also be highlighted.
Key Takeaways:
- The purpose of a clean room during the investigation phase of cyber incident response.
- Why building and testing a clean room is a key component of a cyber resilience strategy and a hallmark of the most cyber-mature organizations.
- What a digital jump bag is and how it is used to deploy the minimum viable response capability inside a clean room.
- Best practices for clean room architecture, including network isolation, environmental prerequisites, and recommended forensic capabilities.
- The role that data protection software and vaulted backups play in feeding data to a clean room.
- How clean room speeds cyber response, reduces RTO, and lessens the risk of re-infection during the mitigation phase of an incident.
